For Defective or Incorrect Products, If you receive a damaged piece or the wrong item, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery. A clear,unedited unboxing video is mandatory to process any claim. Once verified, we will provide a free replacement or exchange. No need to worry if your claim is genuine.

2. What if there’s an issue — do you offer returns or warranty?

For General Returns (Change of Mind): If you decide to return a product based on personal preference, please initiate a request within 3 days (72 hours).

  • Policy: We have a strict no-refund policy.
  • Resolution: You will receive a Store Credit Coupon valid for a lifetime.
  • Deductions: Please note that the credit value will be the product price minus the cost of two-way shipping (forward and reverse) and packaging materials. For actual cost of such deductions, please get in touch with our representative on phone. But rest assured that you will be charged only the actual cost.

3. How long does delivery take within India?

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE standard shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available on orders above ₹1,500. A non-refundable COD handling fee of ₹100 will be applied at checkout.

4. Do you ship internationally?

  • At present, we offer international shipping at a flat rate of ₹3,500. This may increase if there is an increase in the shipping costs.

2. What materials do you use? Is it real gold or gold-plated?

Totapari pieces are meticulously crafted using premium-grade gold-plated brass and 925 sterling silver & pearls jewellery in both silver and gold-plated brass. Unlike low-cost fashion jewellery often made of mixed or base metals, our pieces are designed to be hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant, and built for everyday wear without compromising on their exquisite finish or durability.

3. Are the gemstones and pearls natural or cultured?

We work with a mix of natural stones, cultured pearls (freshwater pearls), glass beads, and semi-precious materials. Each product description on the product pages specifies the materials used so you can make an informed choice.

Natural Stones and Pearls, especially, sea water (South Sea, Akoya and Tahitian) are very expensive and we use them only when ordered (in tailored products only).

1. Will it tarnish or lose colour with time?

At Totapari, we use premium materials designed for longevity, but the aging process depends on the collection:

  • Gold Plated (Brass & Silver): While no plating is entirely immune to wear, our pieces are designed to last significantly longer than standard fashion jewellery. We use a high-quality gold polish with plating that is much thicker and more durable than average.
  • 925 Sterling Silver: Authentic silver does not fade, but it may naturally oxidize (darken) over time. This is normal for pure silver. If your piece has hand-painted art, avoid liquid polishes and simply wipe the metal gently with a dry cloth.
